Returns & Refund Policy
Truhabit products are made with high-quality ingredients and world-class manufacturing processes. We promise full customer satisfaction. In case you are still not satisfied with our products, we offer a refund on the purchase of our products as per our refund policy.
You may demand a refund for any product only within 30 days of receiving it. The refund policy is applicable to unused or partially used products (<50% used). This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
Procedure to Initiate Refund:
1. Send an email to care@truhabit.in stating that you want to initiate a refund along with the reason for the same. Attach order invoice in the email.
2. You will receive a reply within 2-3 business days upon successful initiation of the refund process.
3. Send the original products to: Khasra No-369/70 (2nd Floor) Centrum Mall, Opp. Metro Pillar No-16B, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Rd (Near Sultanpur Metro Station), Sultanpur, Delhi- 110030
4. Refund will be issued upon successful product inspection within 5-10 business days of receipt of the original product.
