Truhabit Magnoitch Cream is a steroid-free formula which gives relief of itch within 30 minutes while restoring the skin’s barrier, helping your skin to heal. It is used to relieve itch and redness caused by the following cases of skin irritation:
dry skin
atopic dermatitis – eczema
allergic reactions
The topmost layer of the skin is made up of flattened cells of the horny layer on a lipid bilayer arranged in a brick and mortar like fashion. . This structure is called the skin barrier. It protects against irritants and harmful microbes. The skin barrier weakens with a decrease in skin lipids and certain skin proteins. This leads to escape of moisture, leaving the skin dry and itchy. It also leads to easy penetration of substances leading to irritation, redness and itching.
Truhabit Magnoitch Cream contains a special lipid lamellar technology that is similar to the skin’s own lipids. The lipids are oriented in a lamellar fashion and integrate and bind to the damaged skin barrier leading to itch relief within 30 minutes after application. Truhabit Magnoitch Cream contains physiologic humectants, like glycerin and panthenol, that provide long-lasting hydration, helping the skin recover.
Truhabit Magnoitch Cream relieves itch within 30 minutes in three ways:
By providing lipids (e.g ceramides) that are oriented in a lamellar fashion- lipid lamellar technology
By providing physiologic humectants
By providing natural caring lipids
It is does not contain emulsifiers which are known to damage the delicate lipid lamellar structure. It is free of perfumes and preservatives that may irritate skin. It is also steroid free.
Truhabit Magnoitch Cream is intended for the relief of itch and redness cause by skin irritations (due to atopic dermatitis, dry skin, eczema and allergic reactions) on non-wounded skin of babies, children and adults. It may be applied as needed.
Do not use this product in case of known allergies to any ingredient. If an allergic reaction develops, you should stop using the product.
Do not use on wounded skin.
Truhabit Magnoitch Cream may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If used during breastfeeding, it is important to wipe off any residue of cream before breastfeeding.
Truhabit Magnoitch Cream may be used for babies, however for long-term use or use on large surfaces, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
If you experience any skin reaction, discontinue use and seek medical advice if necessary. At the first sign of skin infection, seek medical advice.

The product should only be used until the expiry date stated on the box.
If the product is used as recommended, generally no unwanted side-effect is expected. However, single cases of local skin reactions may occur as when using any dermatological products.

The Truhabit Magnoitch Cream acts as a whole formulation to repair the skin barrier. Its effect cannot be attributed to a single ingredient but to a combination of lamellar lipids, physiologic humectants and natural lipids. The effect is mediated via skin barrier repair and moisturizing which indirectly also leads to relief of inflammation, redness and itch. These clinical end benefits have been confirmed in clinical studies.
Truhabit Magnoitch Cream may be used as a spot treatment for lesional skin. It may be used with a topical corticosteroid. Please allow sufficient time of about 15 minutes in between applications for the skin to absorb either treatment.
Dexpanthenol acts as a humectant (pure physical mode of action). Along with the lipid lamellar technology it repairs/helps maintain the skin barrier. This indirectly leads to an improvement of the anti- inflammatory stage.
